Needed service asap, called few companies with big names, they all said to wait a week or two. Called Sam, explained to him that I am the new owner of the hot tub and in need maintenance asap as I don't know anything about chemicals. Lucky me, he was able to fit me in the same day. Tyler came in, did excellent service, walked me through everything, added chemicals, and some more things. I was so thankful.
Sam and his team are amazing! Our pool has never looked so good. They provide us maintenance, and we are new pool owners, so we are a bit needy. Sam is always available to take a call, or text and help us figure stuff out, walked us through our whole setup, and most recently was able to get us a new pool pump when ours went out, other pool companies quoted that it would take weeks if not MONTHS to get out to install a new pump, Sam and his team came out two days later and at a fraction of the price. Side note- our pool tech that comes out is SO nice, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make our pool look amazing! THANK YOU PACIFIC NW POOL & SPA CARE!!!
Sam and his team took what was an extremely stressful situation for me and turned it into a simple solution.
